Beautiful home, relaxing pool and peaceful beach! House was well equipped with amenities. While there, the power went out so we were thankful for the generator. We will be back in the future. Highly recommend.

Exactly as described, we had a wonderful time the house was stunning and well suited for our group - 4 adults and 5 children! Beautiful and convenient!

This is an absolutely beautiful home with all the modern conveniences. We especially appreciated the large bin of Beach toys and sports gear, our kids were out on the Boogie Boards riding the waves for hours. We also were very grateful for effective, working AC and high quality cotton bed linens as well as comfortable mattresses! Would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again! again

Hands down this was the most magical girl’s trip of all of our lives. No words can adequately describe our week.

This is our second time staying at Beau Soleil. Just as the first time, it was wonderful. We had 2 other families including our own, total of 9, and had more than enough space for sleeping (1 bedroom left empty). The property manager, Sam, is very responsive and easy to work with. We did use the provisions service provided by Sam. It is well worth it if you arrive late or on a day that the grocery store is closed. Check in/check out is seamless: just follow the provided instructions. We enjoyed a recommended private chef for a supper meal as well as breakfast. Both were phenomenal. Everything on the property is well maintained and cared for. Beds are comfortable and plenty of towels for both showering and beach are provided. We hope to be able to return and stay at Beau Soleil again some day!

Six adults on a break from winter, BeauSoleil was just what we needed. The house is exactly as advertised, beautiful setting and great layout. Sam, the house manager, was very attentive to all of our requests and questions.

Our stay was amazing! We literally felt like we stepped into paradise. The home was perfect for our large group of 9 & could have accommodated more. We only left the property one day for a boat ride and two restaurant experiences. The home had everything you needed to cook, lounge, swim and relax. We also had Chef Gavin come to the home to cook for us. We highly recommend him!We cannot wait to return to this spot soon!!

We had a fantastic time. It was a perfect house for 4 couples. Excellent view, beach, pool, kitchen, house, amenities… nothing bad to say at all. Would rent again.

We travel an internationally fair amount and have been burned a handful of times on properties that do not equal the pics. That’s definitely not the case with Beau Soleil. It’s a 10. Every detail is great! Wonderful, secluded, private beach, all the toys, huge open kitchen and living, etc. please come enjoy this property!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house!! It was fabulous from top to bottom. Sam the property manager was so attentive and went above and beyond to make my mom feel special for her 70th bday. They were all so communicable and responded super quickly. My mom said it was the best birthday ever! The house was exquisite, and had a great location. We loved the guidebook that came with it too for things to do and taxi services. We will be back for sure!!!!!

We had 10 adults stay at the property for my wife's 40th birthday, and it will be one our favorite memories of all time. The owners and property manager were both great with communication and ensuring our trip was the best possible experience. The App created by the owners is one of the most impressive and helpful services. We used MANY of the recommendations listed on the app including a private chef at the house (chef Tevin), on-site massages (Exuma Mobile Massage & Yoga), taxi services (Gully) and booked a boat tour (50 Shades of Blue), . All of which were great recommendations. The house was beautiful, the beach was beautiful, the pool & deck were beautiful. We enjoyed every part of our trip, and hope to return.

Absolutely stunning home looking out on the incredible turquoise waters of Exuma! Private beach, clean house, easy communication and kind and helpful house manager, best time snorkeling, relaxing in the pool, and enjoying the beautiful and spacious home! Everything was PERFECT!! We celebrated our grandmothers 90th birthday and will cherish our memories here forever! Cannot wait to return!

The property was exactly as pictured and described. Owners were very responsive and great to deal with. Sam the house manager was very helpful and accommodating. The house is well stocked inside and out with all the toys for the pool, ocean and beach. The view is stunning and felt very private as we didn’t see anyone else on the beach. Would recommend to anyone.

There are not enough adjectives to describe this beautiful house. This was our 2nd time staying at Beau Soleil and it was as perfect as the first time. There is so much to do in Exuma so coming back was an easy yes for us. This house was beyond perfect for us and our friends, very spacious and each morning every one woke up refreshed and said how very comfortable the beds were. Sam and Emmitt are top notch and available with help when you need it. They are so friendly and made our stay even more pleasant with their recommendations. If you are looking for a spacious house with everything you will need, this house is it. I can not wait to come back Rob and Karen, Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We had the best time.

This property was amazing. Great accommodations and great view. With amazing dinners made by Chef Tevin (we would highly recommend), there was really no reason to leave!

We had a 3 generation family reunion for a 50th birthday with 10 people. The house was perfect: big dinners indoors or out on the deck; evening games in the living room; the swimming pool and beach waves for the teens; the winning pool for our mother who doesn’t have the balance for the beach/ocean. And the 6 bedrooms including bunk room allowed for all of us to stay and have individual rooms. The owners and managers were prompt with communication and very friendly. Wonderful house and vacation. We would definitely rent it again!

We chose to go to Exuma because I found this house on VRBO. It had the perfect set up for my family traveling with 3 year old and two 1 year olds. We needed six rooms, pool with umbrella and large tanning ledge, easy access to the beach. The house did not disappoint! It had everything plus more than I could have asked for. One of the best things was the fact it had hair dryers, robes, shampoo, etc like staying at a hotel but the space and privacy of a house. The house also had two cribs, high chair and toys! It was so nice to not have to pack every little thing. The house is located in a good area, close to the airport and other great beaches. Close enough to Georgetown.

This was our 3rd trip as a group to Exuma and maybe our best yet. The house handled 8 of us well, and the layout was a little different than the others in a good way. Great location, near airport but on a private road which was nice. Pool was amazing, beachfront with easy access. Sam was great to work with, welcomed us the first day and was responsive whenever we had any questions.

We came for my 60th birthday with our 4 adult children and spouses. It was a perfect property for this!! Sam the property manager was extremely helpful responding immediately to all my Whats app inquiries. She even brought cupcakes when she heard it was my birthday. We loved the private chef—best food on the island. The pool and beach were wonderful. I think just hanging out on property was everyone’s favorite but we did rent a boat and enjoyed finding private beaches and exploring as well. Wonderful week in a beautiful location

Absolutely breathtaking house . The views were incredible . My family spent their days alternating between the pool and gorgeous ocean . The house was in tip top shape and incredibly clean . Very well maintained. The beach was completely empty it was our own little paradise . Communication with the owner was great . I don’t have a negative thing to write . Ohe of our best vacations! We just returned from our stay. The house is actually more beautiful in person than the photos, which was a wonderful surprise! The house was immaculate, and very well appointed. Everything you need for your stay. We had 8 adults and 5 children 2 1/2 and under. They were busy all day and crashed into bed every night. The adults loved the pool area and hot tub. We had dinner catered in by Chef Adalaid on our last night and she did not disappoint. Highly recommend her as well. You will not regret staying here looking out at the beautiful pool next to the sea. We will be back!

We especially enjoyed Chef Gavin & Chef Mama for some wonderful in home meals. The stocking of the fridge prior to our arrival was greatly appreciated. 7 ladies all celebrating our 50th birthdays and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful home to vacation in. The location, the beach, the pool, our wonderful host, Sam, every aspect of this trip was incredible! The views are more breathtaking than the pictures! Would return in a heartbeat—

The house is perfection. 180 degree views of the ocean from the front rooms. Bedrooms exactly as described and with very comfortable beds all around. Ample towels (bath and beach) and set up couldn’t have been better for two families with kids and adults alike. Bring bug spray — the no-see-um bites are super itchy. And a jeep rental is a good for the roads. Local restaurants we loved included CocoPlum bistro and Palapa among others. The full day Reel ‘em in outing to swim with the pigs and sharks and visit the iguanas and the grotto “cave” was excellent — a highlight for sure. All in all a really wonderful escape to the most gorgeous tropical waters!

I rented this property for my bachelorette party with 8 girls. We had the most amazing time enjoying morning walks on the beach and afternoons sunning by the pool. The app that comes with your stay is super helpful in booking excursions, restaurants and transportation. Highly recommend Exuma Watersports for the Swimming Pigs and Gully's Taxi service!

I stayed at the property for my bachelorette trip and it was breathtaking. Everything was clean, as pictured online, the owners were amazing at communicating from the time that I booked until we arrived on the island. We will definitely be back to stay here and if you are considering, just book it!! The views of the clear blue ocean, the private beach, the gorgeous house, the list goes on! The house was beautifully decorated and wonderfully provisioned. Views from the pool were breathtaking not to mention the reef right off the shore which was full of life! Samantha and Emmett (property managers) were always available and super helpful! We had a wonderful week and will be back!

Wow! This house and location were way beyond my expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice. The beach is stunning and has an incredible reef to snorkel just a few yards in. The pool is gorgeous and is the perfect place to take in the view. The house was very clean and fit our family of 12 well. The house is located in a great spot on the island- close to groceries and a middle point on the island. We did a full day, private excursion with Exuma water sports and saw so many incredible parts of Exuma and the surrounding islands. We hired Chef Gavin two different times and the meals were exceptional. Sam answered any and all questions within minutes and was super helpful. The house was fully equipped with plenty of water equipment and the beds were so comfortable. 10/10!

Such an incredible beach house!!! It is even more beautiful than the pictures. The house is stocked with everything you need, from sand toys, scuba gear, kayaks and paddles boards to a well stocked kitchen and supplies. We celebrated my moms 80th birthday and she must have said 1000x how amazing the house and island is!! We had plenty of space for our party of 11! Having a chef and a full boat day were our other highlights but if you ask anyone in our party the house was top of our favorites!!!

This home was everything described and more! It was breathtaking, spacious, extremely clean and perfect for 11 people. We had plenty of space and the location was perfect for dinner, groceries and touring the island. Highly recommend!!!!

If the expression "We have died and gone to heaven" is true... then we experienced this. The home is lovely, the private beach, the chef they recommended, the boat cruise they recommended, the french restaurant they recommended...Amazing. The most beautiful water and white sandy beaches. The people are so lovely, so precious. We all said best trip ever! We hope to return again next year.

Our family of 13 had the most wonderful stay.The home was beyond our expectations. Everything about it was geared towards family, ages ranged from 6 - 80. Sam met us with open arms and gave us all the important info on the house as well fun things to do. The house was beautifully decorated with the most amazing deck with a pool and multiple seating areas as well as all the water toys you could imagine. Just steps off the deck was the beach where the grandkids played for hours on end. Thank you Rob and Karen for creating this amazing home. There are lots of excursions you can book on the island. I would recommend Sugar adventures. Everyone on the island is super friendly and helpful. I guarantee you will not be disappointed with this home and the island. Our families first return to Great Exuma after 30 year hiatus. The Fox’s provide a wonderful, clean, bright, spacious, private and fun property on a splendid beach. Not far from everything you need to have a vacation in paradise.

We had a fabulous stay at this property. It had a perfect pool for kids and nearly a private beach with beautiful sand. The kitchen had everything we needed including the private chef we hired for a gourmet dinner. We liked it so well we are looking at dates for next year.

Morning sunrise walks on the beach to start each day. The beach and water is beautiful. The owners and property manager always easily accessible and quick to respond. Incredible food from both chefs and the few restaurants we went to. We were beyond pleased and will most definitely be back in the future.

The vacation home was accurately depicted in the beautiful photos. The location was ideal and close to airport, stores and an abundance of beaches. Beau Soleil is exactly as pictured, but even better with the turquoise water literally every single direction you turned, the sounds of the waves and the ocean breeze. We are a family of 8 including 6 adults and 2 children, everyone enjoyed the pool, the hot tub and cooking and eating in the amazing kitchen/family room. The beds are comfortable - really everything was so well thought through. Sam and Emmett were amazing - always answering any questions right away. We did enjoy the islands with a boat excursion with Captain Andrew to swim with the pigs, sharks, petted iguanas and snorkeled in the grotto. We went to Tropic of Cancer beach one day - but we mostly stayed at the beautiful home with our own amazing private beach. We shared wonderful meals and had the most amazing time. Thank you Karen and Rob for sharing the special place with us.

We traveled here to celebrate my 40th birthday with four other couples. It was a wonderful vacation. The home is gorgeous and even bigger in person! It was immaculate and had everything that we needed. The beds are super comfortable and the mattresses felt like we were sleeping in clouds. The beach is private and the waves were lovely. The water is clear here and it was a beautiful spot for us to vacation. We will definitely be back!

The property was better than advertised and our entire party was thrilled! The rooms were great, the open concept in the great room was fantastic and the pool and beach were second to none. Normally I am ready to get home after 4 days or so of any vacation but I could have stayed another week easily. I'd highly recommend this property and look forward to our next visit.
